"Share the Journey"
The Southern Men’s Group is a voluntary organisation where men meet regularly to support one another to develop a healthy expression of their masculinity in the Fleurieu community.
SMG, in association with Tasmen and Henley Beach Mankind Project South Australia are now launching an annual gathering, the first of which is a 2-day residential experience in the heart of the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula.
The theme of this experiential event is ‘Share the Journey’.
‘Share the Journey’ explores the very essence of what we - as men, believe about ourselves; our beliefs are true; where our beliefs originate from and to challenge our beliefs to best
serve us. So if you feel as if you've been put in a box or are confused about what you believe about yourself and others, then ‘Share the Journey’.
This gathering is open to all men who wish to explore and potentially make sense of their own journey, their own beliefs or to just simply hang out with like-minded men. Our intention with this and future gatherings is to create a safe, fun environment to connect and empower men to face issues that may block their growth and development and to add more useful strategies and behaviours to their lives.
